Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Baron Art (“Baron Art,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, request a consultation, submit feedback, or book a tattoo or piercing appointment.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

  • Contact identifiers — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking and service details — the location, artist, service, date/time, and notes you provide.
  • Physical details related to your tattoo or piercing — placement and related information you share.
  • Reference imagery — photos or artwork you upload with a custom request.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Square. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical and usage data — collected automatically through cookies, analytics, and anti-abuse tools (such as Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA) to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, manage, and confirm your consultations and appointments.
  • To communicate with you about bookings, requests, and feedback.
  • To process deposits and payments through Square.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent spam or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and where required by law. These include Square (payments), Google services (scheduling/calendar, analytics, and reCAPTCHA security), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics, to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain appointment and business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Data protection

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to request that we disclose the personal information we collect about you, to request access to or deletion or correction of that information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

Our services are not directed to children. You must be 18 or older to receive a tattoo. Where a piercing service is available to a minor, it requires a parent or legal guardian to be present and to provide consent and identification. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without guardian involvement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
